On May 4 at approximately 8:27 p.m., Rhonda Simoff, 52, of Bernardsville, was taken into custody by Patrolman Edward Skillman for suspected driving under the influence of alcohol after stopping her on Route 202 for speeding. He was processed, issued summonses for careless driving and view obstruction and subsequently turned over to the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office. A computer check revealed that he was wanted on a warrant issued by the Sussex County Superior Court for contempt regarding failure to comply with a court-ordered program. On May 4 at approximately 2:45 p.m., Patrolman Timothy Vanselous arrested Francis Mwaniki, 49, of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, on an outstanding warrant after stopping him for driving erratically on Route 202.
